Big Jack Films | BIGJACKFILMS IS COMING TO G-FEST XXV (2018)

Yes! Its happening!

After many fan requests, BigJackFilms is coming to G-FEST 25 from July 13th – 15th 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare in Chicago, Illinois USA.

This is our first con in the Chicago area and we’re really excited to see what G-Fest holds this year. Special Guests include legendary Kaiju comic book artist Matt Frank, tons of great cosplays and much, much more.

But that’s not all. We have a real treat for convention attendees. On Saturday July 14th and Sunday July 15th in the Midway Room, we are proud to present two special screenings of our 2016 fan film remake of King Kong remastered with a new score as one of the many events being held at G-Fest. Both screenings will show at 11am with a Saturday Only Q&A Encore Panel after the movie with director Jack Buchanan. This is a great opportunity to premiere this edition of the film the way it was meant to be seen.

We will also be filming for a Convention Adventure as well as segments for future episodes of the BigJackFilms/King Kong Reviews. So for any fans who want a taste of the action, this could be a chance to appear in an episode or two.

This is our first time attending G-Fest and we’re very thankful for the convention allowing us two special screenings of our first feature film. We hope to see some fellow King Kong fans there as well as some of our fans in this rare and fun event.
